Dr. Matthew Sanchez is the Founder and CEO of the Lotus Acupuncture and Herbs Clinic, He holds a Master of Oriental Medicine degree in Chinese Medicine and is a licensed acupuncturist in the State of New Mexico. He is Board Certified in Oriental Medicine with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine,
Dr. Sanchez has been a practitioner of Chinese Medicine since 2002 when he started his first solo practice in Albuquerque. Healing the community quickly became his mission and the clinic proliferated treating over 5000 patients. over the years.

Dr. Sanchez specializes in Master Tung’s Style Acupuncture, known for its efficacy and quick results, Pulse Diagnosis, and Herbal Medicine, both learned from Dr. Jimmy Wei Yen Chang MPH, Ph.D., OMD, LAc, of Hacienda Heights, CA. Dr. Sanchez has been mentored by Dr. Chang for over 18 years. He is recognized for his skills in correlating definitive pulse diagnoses with herbal prescriptions.
